Lisa Kist

Lisa Kist has been with Robbie Manufacturing since 2003. She has an MBA and is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Lisa has led the human resource function in various companies for the past 15 years. At Robbie, Lisa is passionate about team member development and relations. She serves on the leadership development committee and the wellness committee. She also led efforts surrounding the Robbie branding project and the new office remodel.

Lisa has served on several advisory boards and in leadership roles within the human resource community including Central Missouri Human Resource Association, Human Resource Management Association of Johnson County, Missouri Human Resource State Conference Committee, and the Kansas City Manufacturing Network. She has also worked in the community for a variety of charitable organizations and agencies including Habitat for Humanity, SafeHome, and Advent Enterprises.
